About Preferred Alternatives of Missouri, Inc

Preferred Alternatives of Missouri was established in 2008 and in 2009 was awarded a contract with the State of Missouri Department of Mental Health to provide Individualized Supported Living (See services tab for description of service). The agency opened the first office in St. Charles and has future plans to expand into other geographic and service areas. The agency in 2010 will be pursuing contracts with other State of Missouri departments to provide the following services:

• Periodic Mental Illness services
• Developmental Therapy services
• Autism Waiver Services provider
• All above services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population
